Creating posters about the environment for the school board

OVERVIEW

Posters are materials with its textual and graphic elements in order to give messages to people. And it may be used in schools as an educational materials. The pupils who see the posters may be impressed, take good messages and have educational values.

In this activity the students participated to create educational posters which have ecological responsibility and values and they took actvive role in this process. The process of creating posters supplied to students to understand the ecological values, to feel ecological responsibility and to be sensitive for environment and nature that we live in.

After this activity the students who took active role in this process learned to behave more respecful to environment and were model for the other students with ecological behaviours.

Many students also collected pictures, graphichs, texts upon ecological responsibility and found interesting messages for posters.

OBJECTIVE(s)

* to have ecological responsibility and educational values.

* to collect graphic and textual materials on environment.

* to develop students' art and making poster skills.

* to understand the importance of protecting our naturel life, ecology and environment that we live in and with this understanding to spread this to others.
